start by pulling the reflection card and meet yourself as you are with honesty and kindness.
2. choose your depth
ask yourself “how deep do i want to go today?” and pull one card from your chosen depth.
3. get deeper
answer with honesty, then ask yourself “why?”. with each why, you’ll take yourself deeper beneath the surface of your first response.
4. meet yourself again
once you’ve responded to all 99 cards, return and respond again to the reflection card. where have you started to Love Yourself More?
